Terms of service
The terms that apply when you book a clean with us. Last updated October 1, 2026.

1. Quotes and pricing
Every quote is a fixed price for the work described. If you add work on the day, we’ll agree the extra cost with you before we start.
2. Booking and access
We’ll confirm a date and arrival window. Please make sure we can reach the areas being cleaned and an outdoor tap.
3. Weather
We may move your visit if heavy rain, frost or strong wind would affect the result or anyone’s safety. We’ll always let you know as early as we can.
4. Payment
Payment is due on completion unless we’ve agreed otherwise. We accept card and bank transfer.
5. Our guarantee
If something isn’t right, tell us within 7 days and we’ll come back and fix it at no extra cost.
6. Liability
We carry public liability insurance on every job. We’re not responsible for existing damage, such as loose render, failing paint or cracked tiles, that cleaning reveals.
